Day 81 – Lazy day

Tired from yesterday’s late dinner and long day, we didn’t make any plans for this morning and slept in. Our new plan was to just relax all day and the fact that Tom’s dad offered to cook a paella for us played along very well with that plan.

The others watched a few episodes of Game of Thrones in the living room while I spent my morning-noon drawing and listening to the sounds of dying and growning people from next door.

At 4, the paella was ready and we all sat down outside where Tom’s family has built a nice little place with a cooker and fridge and pizza oven and big table under a roof with wine growing under it.
The paella was amazing and so was Tom’s family.

A thunderstorm broke down over us and we just stayed there under the roof after lunch. There was a little homemade Rumtopf too and we proceeded to playing a nice game until it was late enough to get out the rest of the paella and have dinner again.

After this, Mitch and I felt like we had to move just a little bit and we went to take a walk in the sundown with a nice view over the village in the orange foggy light of a post-thunder summer night.

The evening finished up with some community viewing of Rick & Morty and making a plan for tomorrow.

I'm Anna and I decided to leave everything behind and travel for a few months in order to reorganize my life.
